  • Drive a joint partner business planning process to define mutual performance objectives, identify joint customer targets, and establish critical achievements.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and document standard processes for co-selling with partners.
  • Build and own the partner-sourced pipeline for all partners.
  • Ensure that training, enablement, and educational sessions are conducted for all partners
  • Maintain reports on partner opportunities, pipeline status, and deals won.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles within the IT industry (Direct experience in Server / Storage / Enterprise / Cloud required).
  • Deep understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing complex partnership deals.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
