Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in caregiving, healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably in a substance abuse treatment or mental health setting.
  • Previous experience working with veterans, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of substance abuse and mental health issues.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

We are looking for a Caregiver to care for our patients and facilitate their detox and recovery. The Caregiver plays a crucial role in supporting individuals recovering from substance abuse. This position involves providing compassionate care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities to clients.
