Mechanic

We are a flooring company, mainly focused on industrial and commercial clients.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our mechanic in maintaining and repairing the machinery used for jobs, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

**Duties:**

- Assist mechanics in diagnosing issues and performing repairs

- Maintains a log on the machines that are in-service, those that need repairs, and those that are no longer in service

- Help with routine maintenance tasks

- Clean and maintain work areas and tools

- Learn and develop under the guidance of an experienced mechanic

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in an mechanical environment is a plus

- Basic knowledge of electronic systems and components

- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced professionals

This is an entry level role, ideal for someone who is graduating from a vocational school, graduating from a technical school, someone who enjoys working with machines, or has limited work experience in this area. If you are eager to kick-start your career in mechanics, we encourage you to apply.
