  • Ability to pick up equipment in our Medina, NY location.
  • A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
  • At least one year experience in customer service, preferably taking inbound calls.
  • Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
  • Completion of an internet speed test, pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening.

Preferred

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • AS400 experience preferred.

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquiries. Some duties include:

  • Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers.
  • Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
  • Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
  • Attending coachings and team meetings.
