As a Staff Accountant at Neuron, you will oversee the Accounting function, reporting to the Controller.   • Manage Prepaid expenses
  • Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations including bank accounts
  • Record fixed asset purchases, disposals and depreciation
  • Special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years of General Accounting experience
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation
  • Experience with international (multi subsidiary) accounting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting
  • Experience with accounting systems (i.e. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Quickbooks)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to execute, follow-up, and ensure attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing accuracy

About the Role:


As a Staff Accountant at Neuron, you will help oversee the Accounting function for Neuron, and report to the Controller. What You’ll Need:
