The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician assists the pharmacist in the preparation, packaging, and fulfillment of compounded medication orders, maintaining the compounded preparation and supply inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role involves following Standard Operating Procedures, packing and fulfilling patient-specific compounded prescription orders, maintaining device and compounding supply inventory, and communicating with staff, patients, and providers.

  • Assist with additional pharmacy tasks as directed by pharmacy management

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be licensed by the State you are applying to work in as a Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • Ability to navigate basic computer operating systems

Job Summary:

The fill technician assists the pharmacist in the preparation, packaging, and fulfillment of compounded medication orders, maintaining the compounded preparation and supply inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds. Moving, lifting, or carrying boxes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
