Qualifications

Required

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Desktop Support or a similar role in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and particularly Mac OS
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Familiarity with networking principles and protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Preferred

  • Experience with IT ticketing systems
  • Certifications in IT support, such as CompTIA A+

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is in the IT software industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
