Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of dynamic marketing experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or related fields
  • 2+ years leading teams as a people manager
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel
  • Proven track record in leading successful healthcare-focused marketing initiatives
  • Deep understanding of healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience in clinician engagement preferred

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $115,000.00-$157,400.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
