The Maintenance Technician at Aerotek is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis, executing equipment breakdowns, determining frequency changes in PM structures for production equipment, leading training for team members on plant-wide PMs, and assisting in repairing or replacing facility equipment such as compressors, boilers, and HVAC units. Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly using a PM computer system and paperwork.
  • Understand and execute full equipment breakdowns in any necessary PM event.
  • Determine any frequency change in PM structure for the production equipment based on knowledge and experience.
  • Lead training for team members on all plant-wide PMs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of repairing and/or replacing facility equipment, such as compressors, boilers, and HVAC units.
  • Check electrical room for nonfunctioning components (VFDs, switches/breakers, etc.).
  • Perform assigned day-to-day repairs including major plumbing, production lighting, doors and associated hardware, building equipment, and systems.

**Job Type**

This is a permanent position. Working 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on.

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Ontario, California.

**Work Environment**

Production facility with tasks involving both office settings and shop floor environments. Requires operation of heavy equipment and use of various tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
