Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Generally requires 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed
  • Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly

**Compensation:**

Total Target Compensation (includes Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.69 - $26.39 (annually: $49,280 to $54,896 **)**

Our uncapped commissions offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Pay ranges are based on geography (or work location).
