  • Assisting with collections and accounts receivables efforts

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years reconstruction project management experience
  • Xactimate estimating residential and commercial
  • Customer oriented
  • Experience managing sub-contractors
  • Experience with large loss insurance
  • Experience with buildings permitting
  • No overnight travel required
  • Required to be on call rotating schedule
  • Work availability: typically 5 days, more during emergency situations
  • 21+ years old
  • Good driving record

  • Commercial and residential experience

**Description**

Under the direction of the Operations Team, the Inside Project Manager will be responsible for internal job management through the utilization of Restoration Manager. Employees will be involved in daily administrative tasks while providing clients and potential clients with the highest level of customer service

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Initial project intake including answering phones, qualifying leads, and entering project details into Restoration Manager

+ Daily administrative management
