  • 8-10 years of experience on C4ISR projects with significant contributions in two or more of the following CS/IA areas: CS/IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering; Systems Security Architecture; Systems Security Analysis; Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploitation Analysis
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

+ Translates user requirements into functional requirements and solutions

+ Performs analysis and engineering support functions

+ Maintains quality throughout the project life cycle

+ Performs and guides development tasks, including review of work products for accuracy, adherence to design concepts and to applicable standards

+ Reviews program documentation to assure compliance with standards or requirements and adherence to program milestones

+ Coordinates problem resolution and user satisfaction

**Required Qualifications** :

+ 5+ years of relevant experience or BS/BA degree OR 6 years of additional experience in lieu of degree

+ Experience in leading and mentoring multiple teams and/or large groups.

+ 8-10 years of experience on C4ISR projects with significant contributions in two or more of the following CS/IA areas: CS/IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering; Systems Security Architecture; Systems Security Analysis; Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploitation Analysis.

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Stationary work at an office desk setting 50% of time

+ Traversing to accomplish tasks by moving from one work site to another or between different floors in a building

+ Communicating with others to exchange information

+ Ability to perceive and assess employee productivity
