  • Translates complex technical information into clear and understandable documents suitable for both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Interacts with colleagues, management, and customers with effective communication, including delivering presentations when required.
  • They also excel in providing accurate information during these interactions.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate's degree
  • A Master's Degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
  • Two (2) years of position-specific experience

Preferred

  • Experience with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
