We are in search of an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Orlando, FL area. Our ideal candidate will have business-to-business sales experience in packaging, industrial products or freight industries and enjoys limitless earning potential.

We are looking for individuals who:

+ Promote and sell IPS products and services in established sales territory. Focus on all segments to grow the business as a whole

+ Proactively assist customers with cost savings initiatives

+ Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer's needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities

+ Providing consultative sales solutions based on providing value, not just price

+ Plan sales and gross profit goals for each key account by developing yearly objectives through maintaining accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in designated territory

+ Develop high potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth through quality sales calls

+ Embrace the hunter mentality and successfully grow the territory with little to no supervision
