Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of professional experience involving technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations.
  • 3 years of experience.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification
  • Thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in product and solution focusing on Corp and Commercial cards, commercial payments, transaction banking, or payment hub solutions.
  • Ability to contribute to or manage specific work streams involving global transaction banking and cash management products, money movement capabilities, global clearing and market infrastructures, correspondent banking structure, transaction life cycles of payment products and solutions, financial operations, operations and administration of Financial Services businesses, data and payment systems interactions, and documentation and key controls within payment transaction lifecycles.
  • Experience in working collaboratively and independently to address client needs, participating in client discussions and meetings, managing workstream(s) or small team engagements, preparing concise, accurate documents, and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.
  • Extensive abilities and a proven record of success as a team leader, creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads, respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback, keeping leadership informed of progress and issues, and developing, writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions on strategy.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in product and solution focusing on Corp and Commercial cards,, commercial payments, transaction banking, or payment hub solutions. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in payment processing and financial services, and success contributing to or managing specific work streams that involve the following areas:

- Global Transaction Banking and Cash Management products;

- Money movement capabilities for High Value, Low Value and Instant Payments;

- Global clearing and market infrastructures (Fed, CHIPS, CHAPS, TARGET2, SWIFT ETC);

- Correspondent banking structure and NOS/VOS accounts;

- Transaction life cycles of payment products and solutions (e.g., wires, ACH, check, money transfer, and card solutions);

- Financial operations, including settlement operations, reconciliation, and exception processing;

- Operations and administration of Financial Services businesses;

- Data and payment systems interactions including IT tools and technology; and,

- Documentation and the identification of key controls within payment transaction lifecycles.Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in working collaboratively and independently to address client needs by:

- Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;

- Communicating a broad range of offered consulting services;

- Managing workstream(s) or small team engagements;

- Preparing concise, accurate documents, including utilizing PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients; and,

- Maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:

- Creating a positive environment;

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
