The Territory Manager at Parksite is responsible for driving volume and profit growth through a balanced approach of new business development and account management for existing clients within the territory. - Develop and carry out strategies to increase market share of our products with new and existing customers
- Execute and implement company promotions and programs
- Prospect and develop new business targets/opportunities
- Responsible for maintaining and protecting existing dealer business
- Train dealer sales teams on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Provide merchandising support to dealer base
- Address and resolve customer complaints and or claims
- Set up and attend trades shows
- Continue building relationships through excellent customer service and product resolution
Qualifications
Required
- Strong customer service skills both in person and virtually
- Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within in a team
- Ability to present to groups both large and small
- Microsoft Office including hosting presentation
- Have strong closing skills with customers and follow up on commitments
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as required
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and analyze key, market, customer, and competitive trends
- Bachelor's degree preferred or industry experience equivalent
- 3+ years' experience in customer facing sales within the building products industry
- Direct exposure in resolving customer concerns
- Experience in customer facing selling
- Understanding of building installation process
