As a Driver in the Dairyland Fleet at Roehl Transport, you will be responsible for hauling temperature-controlled freight across Wisconsin and into neighboring states. - Ensure timely delivery of freight within Wisconsin and across state borders into Eastern Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Northern Michigan.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and follow assigned routes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Participate in driver training programs or refer other drivers to Roehl as desired.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Ability to operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in temperature-controlled freight transportation
- Familiarity with Wisconsin and the surrounding states

You'll typically get hometime of 48 hours **every week** \.
In some areas, you may be home more frequently \- even home daily\!
You will move mostly refrigerated loads like cheese and other frozen and temperature\-controlled products \(no milk\) within Wisconsin and across state borders into Eastern Minnesota, Northern Illinois, and Northern Michigan\.
