Qualifications

Required

  • 7 years working in communication, OCM, sales enablement for a sales organization.

Preferred

  • Master's Degree in the field of Communication/Rhetoric, Public Relations, Organizational Leadership, Business or a related field of study.
  • Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP)
  • 7 years working in communication, OCM, sales enablement for a sales organization in the insurance, voluntary benefits or benefit administration industry.

**Salary Range** : $93,300 - $139,900 Annual

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a Worksite Sales Enablement Consultant tasked with Organizational Change Management (OCM) planning for sales distribution audiences. This position involves collaborating with Sales Enablement teams to implement OCM strategies, which encompass training, communication, and the evaluation of the adoption of process, technology, and organizational changes.

**As a Optavise Worksite Sales Experience Consultant, your responsibilities will include:**

+ Lead preparation, implementation, and sustainment of changes to sales processes, technologies, and organizational structures for Worksite Sales.
