Full Job Description

Must have an Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited PTA program. Must hold a current PTA license in the state where services will be provided within the first 90 days of employment. Must be certified in CPR or must become certified within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and licensure according to the expiration date. American Physical Therapy Association membership preferred. If assigned to drive a company vehicle a valid drivers license is required. If assigned to drive a personal vehicle proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid drivers license. Work experience preferred but not required other than clinical experience within educational training program. Must be able to lift 50 pounds assist with 100 pounds may be required to push up to 300 pounds. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
