**An Assistant General Manager responsibilities include:**

+ Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed

**Qualifications for the job:**

+ Serve Safe Certification - _Required_
+ Must have reliable transportation
+ Must be able to maintain a reliable schedule
+ Education: High school degree or equivalent
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Able to stand for prolonged periods of time

+ Excellent Menu and product knowledge
+ Able to communicate effectively with guests and crew
+ Participate in all training programs
+ Abilities to train and coach others
