- Creating compelling data visualizations and building robust semantic data models using business intelligence tools (Proficiency preferred in Power BI, Databricks, PowerQuery, Google Analytics (GA4), SQL, DAX).
- Work with the main business partner lead to capture stakeholders needs and support data-supported decision-making across various business units.
- Play a key role in a best-in-class go-to-market analytics & BI team (documentation, data management).
- Support operational business transformations aimed at repeatability and scalability.
- Opportunities for continuous learning and skill development through collaboration with senior team members, Pega leaders, and individual training goals.
Qualifications
Required
- 0-2 years of experience in data collection and preparation, data analysis, building and delivering reporting systems, while leveraging business intelligence tools.
- Familiar with data visualization tools, specifically Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Preferred experience with Google Analytics, Digital Activity Tracking.
- Familiarity with Marketing teams and roles.

We coordinate and align these pillars to ensure that leadership and team members can make informed decisions and drive business outcomes. Our stakeholders stretch across all of Go-To-Market areas, bridging client-facing sales and marketing teams.
