\nWe're seeking a full-time Clinical Coordinator for treatment foster care youth, you will advance the company's mission of providing quality service by facilitating and providing case management and counseling services.
\n
\n+ Provide case management to an assigned caseload of treatment foster care children, ages 8 to 21.
\n
\n+ Lead development and coordination of child's treatment and service plan.
\n
\n+ Make weekly home visits to each child on caseload.
\n
\n+ Provide monitoring and consultation to assigned foster parents (Mentors).
\n
\n+ Maintain records in accordance with corporate, contractual, and regulatory standards.
\n
\n+ Assist with legal, licensing, regulatory and certification activities as needed.
\n
\n+ Assist with emergency coverage and crisis intervention support as needed, including participation in rotational on-call system
\n
\n**Qualifications:**
\n
\n+ Bachelor in Social Work or Master in Social Work required.
\n
\n+ Maryland issued LBSW or LMSW required
\n
\n+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
\n
\n+ Valid driver's license in good standing with access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
\n
