Full Job Description

As the Client Service leader, you will supervise 6-10 front desk staff to ensure that our high level of customer service be delivered to our clients and their pets. You will be in charge of all activity at our front desk which can be very busy. We have 6 phone lines to handle 3-5 doctors, as well as a full time groomer. You will make sure that we have appropriate coverage at all times and will be handling scheduling of front desk staff. You will assist in training new members, as well as continual training of our current team. You will report directly to the hospital manager or the assistant manager.
