**Our Virtual** **_Operations Coordinator_** **is responsible for:**

+ Being the be the main point of contact for providers, handling a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

+ Provider Onboarding and Credentialing: Facilitating the onboarding and credentialing process for new providers. Following up on outstanding credentialing items and missing information to ensure completion and accuracy.

+ Training and Scheduling: Coordinating training sessions and manage provider schedules to ensure all operational needs are met.

+ Travel Arrangements: Confirm travel for providers, update required tracking documents, and send finalized itineraries in PDF format.

+ Invoice Submittals: Manage and submit invoices accurately and on time.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:**

+ Excellent data entry skills.

+ The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and experience in facilitating onboarding and travel arrangements.

+ While experience in medical provider onboarding and credentialing is desired, it is not required.
