- Evaluating the team and making adjustments to efficiently process product on press.
- Communicating rate deficiencies to management per prescribed procedures.
- Performing quality inspections per Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions and document results.
- Accurate entries in the computer time clock system.
- Accurate documentation of inspection.
- Responsible for escalating issues to the technical lead, lead or advisor if associates assigned to your project are not performing the duties assigned.
- Responsible for escalating when material usage or time allotted for set up are being exceeded.
Qualifications
Required
- High School education or equivalent
- 1 or more years Rotary Press experience and or technical training from accredited trade school.
- Able to accurately understand and interpret basic prints.

**Job opportunity at major medical device company! Our client is looking for a Machine Operator to join their ever-growing team.**
**Location:** St. Paul, MN
**Pay:** $22/hr, depending on experience
**Shift:** 1st and 2nd Shifts Available, weekend shifts as well.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Leading a team of associates that may be assigned to your press to ensure that they are inspecting, catching, stacking, bagging etc. to meet the requirements of specific project you are running.
