- Operate POS/register to properly cash out all customers.
- Merchandise cafe displays to visual guidelines.
- Assist in the set-up of special events and promotions.
- Understand all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicate LP issues with the Store Manager.
- Operational Responsibilities include salesfloor/backroom/restroom maintenance, cleaning, sanitizing, mopping, etc.

- Display enthusiasm and cheerfulness while working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Follow through on customer's requests for specific items and suggest additional products.
- Use selling skills by explaining benefits, features, prices, quality, value, and other product information.
Qualifications
Required
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1-2 years of retail experience.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, customer-oriented personality.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able and willing to use a POS/register and operate office equipment.
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

IT'SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cafe Sales Associate, you will be the premier "SUGARTAINER" in charge of delivering a SWEET customer experience while promoting our brand. The Cafe Sales Associate oversees setting up a great store experience for all customers by providing quality service and ensuring the cafe is visually up to standard.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
+ Follow our customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
+ Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
+ Ensure the cafe is clean and organized while maintaining visual and health and safety standards.
+ Package and serve food adhering to company direction and in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
+ Operate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.
Maximize Store Operations:
+ Merchandise café displays to visual guidelines.
+ Assist in the set-up of special events and promotions.
