  • Calculate quotas and claw backs for distributors and prepare import files for NetSuite.
  • Maintain a record of signed agreements in SharePoint for easy access and reference.
  • Record all agreement terms in the SharePoint Master File to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage and organize distributor agreements, including saving W-9 forms in SharePoint.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding contract status, negotiations, and terms.
  • Track all changes throughout the month related to current month commissions and reconcile sales data.
  • Prepare commission statements and summaries for management approval, and address any inquiries related to commissions after statements are sent.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives and clients to resolve contract-related issues and ensure that all agreements comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, sales reports, and other materials as needed.
  • Track and monitor contract renewals and expirations, and proactively alert the sales team of upcoming deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance the contract, commission management process.
  • Assist in the administration of hospital agreements, including the accounting of pricing and rebates where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support throughout the sales cycle, including preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong Excel Skills and NetSuite experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.

My client, a growing pharmaceutical company located in the Saddle Brook area has an opportunity for a Contract and Sales Support Specialist. Hybrid schedule and only goes to the office 2 days a week!!

Responsibilities:

+ Provide support for various projects and initiatives related t contract management and sales operations.

+ Record agreement terms in the SharePoint Master File.
