- Ensures all returns are processed according to Client requirements (removal of tags, polybagged, etc.).
- Serves as a backup in the absence of the returns lead.
- Troubleshooting when faced with discrepancies, anomalies or transit caused issues.
- Call out any potential issues or roadblocks to the department supervisor so they can be addressed prior to returns units being posted.
Qualifications
Required
- High school education
- 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a smoke free environment
- Wearing steel toe shoes
- Working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- Manual lifting up to 50lbs
- Standing for 8 hours at one time
- Working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
