Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities, Inc. (ACLD) is seeking a Staff Accountant to assist in the day-to-day accounting operations.   • Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Intercompany accounting
  • Bi-weekly integration posting of Payroll, both salaries and hours
  • Assist with monthly closing analysis and entries, as needed
  • Monthly analysis and update of Fixed Assets System including reconciliation to General Ledger
  • Assist with preparation of annual audit work papers
  • Assist with CFR schedule preparation and data entry
  • Preparation and recording of monthly, recurring journal entries
  • Monthly analysis of Transportation units for all Day Programs
  • Preparation of Governmental surveys including the Annual Capital Expenditures Survey and the Information and Communication Technology Survey
  • Assist with the preparation of the annual United Way application

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates Degree in Business or Accounting
  • 1 - 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business
  • Healthcare / Not-for-Profit experience

- Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts

- Intercompany accounting
