Maintenance Technician

**Job Description:**

Nationally recognized manufacturing facility near Buffalo is in search of a maintenance technician to join their skilled team of employees. This is a direct hire opportunity including benefits, paid holidays, NYS sick leave, PTO, 401k+match, and additional training if needed.

This maintenance person will be responsible for mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting of production equipment some of which is proprietary and will require training. Maintenance works very closely with production leads and supervisors to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently on all shifts. This role will require basic documentation of repairs.

**Skill Requirements:**

+ Previous experience repairing manufacturing machinery

+ Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting and installation experience

+ PLC troubleshooting beneficial but not mandatory

+ Ability to work with other departments

+ High attention to detail

+ Previous experience within the printing industry beneficial but not mandatory

**Additional Information:**

+ Multiple shifts and schedules available pending employee needs

+ Employee should have their own tools but shop tools will be provided

+ Will be working in a clean environment with newer manufacturing machinery
