Job Description

Coordinates activities related to data abstraction and analysis.

Job Responsibility

+ Prioritizes assignments to facilitate, organize, and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.

+ Assists in the systematic measurement and assessment of performance indicators.

+ Identifies Quality Improvement opportunities through analysis of data.

+ Develops performance improvement plans as required; implementation and education of improvement activities; and evaluation of improvement effectiveness.

Job Qualification

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
