Responsibilities

  • Promote outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner.
  • Thrive in a team-based environment where everyone uplifts and supports each other.
  • Ensure all necessary work is completed.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping, prepare, review, and analyze reports.
  • Direct supervision and training of staff.
  • Implement and conduct orientation, training, and evaluation programs for all personnel.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service according to established standards of quality.
  • Implement merchandising techniques; keep departmental labor cost on an acceptable level.
  • Adhere to established Food & Beverage policies, labor regulations, and liquor laws.
  • Relay all guest compliments/complaints to Manager of Food & Beverage.
  • Establish and maintain positive, fair, and consistent treatment of all Food and Beverage personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information.
  • Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
  • Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.

Qualifications

Required

  • College Degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred
  • ABC Certified
  • Five (5) or more years of restaurant management experience
  • Must have working knowledge of food and beverages including spirits/beer/wine
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Must have computer literacy; knowledge of POS systems, and cash handling
  • Participative management style and strong leadership skills
  • Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business
  • Able to work weekends and holidays as required

Preferred

Keys to Success in this Role:

+ College Degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred, ABC Certified

+ Five (5) or more years of restaurant management experience, multi-outlet experience a plus.
