Responsibilities
- Promote outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner.
- Thrive in a team-based environment where everyone uplifts and supports each other.
- Ensure all necessary work is completed.
- Ensure accurate record keeping, prepare, review, and analyze reports.
- Direct supervision and training of staff.
- Implement and conduct orientation, training, and evaluation programs for all personnel.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service according to established standards of quality.
- Implement merchandising techniques; keep departmental labor cost on an acceptable level.
- Adhere to established Food & Beverage policies, labor regulations, and liquor laws.
- Relay all guest compliments/complaints to Manager of Food & Beverage.
- Establish and maintain positive, fair, and consistent treatment of all Food and Beverage personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to employee concerns and sensitive department information.
- Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
Qualifications
Required
- College Degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred
- ABC Certified
- Five (5) or more years of restaurant management experience
- Must have working knowledge of food and beverages including spirits/beer/wine
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Must have computer literacy; knowledge of POS systems, and cash handling
- Participative management style and strong leadership skills
- Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business
- Able to work weekends and holidays as required

Keys to Success in this Role:
+ College Degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred, ABC Certified
+ Five (5) or more years of restaurant management experience, multi-outlet experience a plus.
