Broadridges Asset Management Solutions division is bringing a suite of data-driven technology solutions to mutual fund, retirement, insurance and asset management firms. We are looking for a high energy, collaborative individual with 1-2 years experience within Broadridge that is interested in an opportunity to work with a client facing team that brings dozens of solutions to a growing marketplace.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities include:

+ Sales Enablement:

+ Assist in developing strategic sales plans, to identify opportunities to grow pipeline, and maximize revenue. Assess account plans and identify key areas of opportunity to enable growth; collaborate with account team to define approach, gain buy-in from key stakeholders and leadership team and drive forward to execution.

+ Manage internal resources to provide the necessary expertise and support during the sales process including legal, finance, product specialists, and senior management.

+ Implement processes and procedures to maintain accountability on emerging and acquired products.

+ Market Research and Product Support:

+ Provide direction internally by recommending and leading enhancements to current product set and business processes.

+ Conduct market research and analysis around new sales and business opportunities for the segment.

+ Collaboration with Other Departments:

+ Lead and integrate marketing activities into sales team, including brand and product trainings, lead generation, and marketing campaigns

+ Coordinate projects between marketing and sales to enhance and improve upon the sales process, client relationships, and the Broadridge brand

+ Coordinate activities across Broadridge to ensure the successful and timely implementation of project and tasks. Be accountable for and take ownership of all objectives, deliverables and commitments.

+ Manage incoming lead process across asset management organization, including vetting, reviewing, and distributing leads

+ Sales Reporting and Tracking:

+ Create analytics and reporting to support the sales team, including pipeline projections and ad hoc reports

Skills Required:

+ Strong executive presence

+ Candidates must have strong working knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce.com is a plus.

+ Establishing and Building Relationships: Candidates must be able to develop relationships both horizontally and vertically within Broadridge and have the ability to influence all levels within the organization; the position requires high-level interaction with senior management at Broadridge.

+ Presentation Skills: Candidates must have strong and polished presentation skills, must have a professional appearance, and must effectively represent Broadridge and its capabilities.

+ Product Knowledge: Candidates should have good general knowledge of the financial services industry and must be able to quickly learn the details of our core Asset Management offerings.

Salary range $85,000.00- $ 95,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
