  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Waited table and catering experience is preferred.
  • Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Preferred

  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Associate's degree.

+ We are hiring immediately for a DINING SERVICES MANAGER position.

+ Location: Rhodes College, 2000 North Pkwy, Memphis, TN 38112. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full Time; Open Availability based on a 10-hour work day from 10am-10pm Saturday through Sunday. There will be 2 days off.

+ Details: Oversee 65 hourly team members and the team will support over 1000 meals daily.

+ Requirement: Previous Front of House management experience required. QAFS knowledge preferred. The ideal candidate is a quick problem solver and solution-driven.

+ Salary: $57,000
