- Conduct safety meetings, perform observations, and complete operational and site audits
- Maintain employee performance records
- Responsible for teamwork
- Ensure progressive disciplinary action is taken when necessary
- Conduct facility inspections to ensure proper work procedures and compliance are followed
- Receive and review customer complaints
- Perform performance reviews of all direct reports
- Complete others duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Servant Leader
- Self-directed, and accountable
- Strong operational acumen
- Comfortable solving complex problems
- 2+ years prior Supervisory experience; waste industry preferred
- 4 year degree preferred
- Must be willing and able to relocate for future promotional opportunities
