Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a role in Hurlock, Maryland. Responsibilities
- Oversee electricians and Mechanics (team of 15) to ensure the facility and equipment are maintained in excellent condition.
- Ensure maintenance work load is scheduled, planned, and controlled on a priority basis.
- Develop, train, and manage all Maintenance employees fairly and equally.
- Utilize knowledge of CMMS, RCM & scheduling heuristics.
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) for maintenance tasks.
- Apply strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Utilize strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understand GMPs, MOSHA, EPA, and Wastewater Management regulations.
- Weld (MIG, TIG, ARC & Oxy/acetylene and SS fabrication).
- Operate forklift and aerial lifts (genie boom, scissors lift).
Qualifications
Required
- Knowledge of boiler operations, refrigeration, and conveyors

Full Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a direct hire 2nd shift - Maintenance Manager for a role in Hurlock, Maryland. The plant is a 24/7 operations on a 2-2-3 schedule, but you will work second shift (starting at 4PM) and oversee electricians and Mechanics (team of 15) to ensure the facility and equipment are maintained in excellent condition and in a manner conducive with good manufacturing practices and to control maintenance expenditures. You will work with maintenance vendors and management team at a plant of roughly 200 people. We are looking for someone who has leadership and hands on experience in a variety of equipment (refrigeration, boilers, conveyors). This is a leadership role with upward mobility and our client is actively interviewing for the right candidate, we are open to relocation for those who need it.
