**Description**

**General Summary**

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years of progressive work experience, be detail-oriented, and organized, and be able to work independently in a very fast-paced and goal-based environment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Review all accounts payables vouchers for accuracy, ensure approvals and appropriate backup documentation.  Ensure all invoices are processed to ensure timely payments to vendors

+ Analyze, resolve, and respond to inquiries presented by internal and external customers in a timely manner

+ Assist in payment reconciliations

+ Other duties and special projects as assigned

**Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements**

+ High school diploma

+ Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs.

+ Ability to work independently and as a team member

+ Perform accurately in a fast-paced, goal-based environment, and ability to adapt to a growing business

+ Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

**Work Experience**

+ Minimum 3 years of progressive work experience in Accounts Payable

**Education, Licenses and Certification**

+ High School Diploma
