Preferred

  • Previous Team Lead experience.

Job Title: Team LeadJob Description

Your responsibilities include resolving work-related issues, consulting with Managers on complex problems, coordinating with other teams to meet factory needs, and securing resources. You will escalate safety, quality, performance, and interpersonal issues to Managers timely and professionally. Additionally, you will assist in daily work assignments, track and enter KPI data, lead stand-up meetings, and work on additional projects as needed.

Hard Skills

Job Type

Work Environment
