Maintenance Technician

Aerotek is hiring immediately for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician in Racine. This role is a Direct Hire opportunity in a production environment, with ample opportunities for advancement.

**_Job Description:_**

+ Follow preventative maintenance program

+ Complete repairs on conveyors, manufacturing machines, assembly equipment, and other production/printing machines

+ Perform general facilities maintenance tasks as needed

**_Qualifications:_**

+ 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician

+ 3 years of experience repairing high-speed production, molding, print, or conveyance systems

+ Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting

**_Shift Schedule:_**

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Overtime available on Saturdays

**_Onboarding:_**

Our training program is second-to-none. New hires will complete a comprehensive training program, followed by on-the-floor demonstrations. This ongoing training provides you with the tools necessary to perform and excel at your job and within the company!
