  • Troubleshoot and use self-help tools to assist with technical issues
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our products and services in Milwaukee
  • Exhibit agility by working cross-functionally with key support business units to resolve inquiries in a single interaction
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer credit applications
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment
  • Proficiency in both English and a second language (Spanish preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center setting
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in data entry, both computer and typing data entry

  • Familiarity with machinery or worktools industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High level of problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

Working within the Machinery/Worktools industry, this role is centered on ensuring customer success by delivering value from our service. You will be acting as a dedicated advocate for our customers, working with a sense of urgency to deliver elite experiences.
