Qualifications

Required

  • Good communication skills
  • At least five years of experience working with a large customer of at least 500 employees
  • At least one example of ensuring customer engagement and approval during the complete life cycle of the project
  • At least one example of ensuring the team followed industry standards during a redesign of a web content management system with over a hundred web pages
  • At least three years' experience writing service-level agreements and/or operating-level agreements for a Content Management System or enterprise-level website
  • At least one example of a successful project completed using the recommended web development platform
  • At least five years combined experience in enterprise-level website branding/rebranding

**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Applications** **Program Manager** to join our IT team. This position will be **full-time, remote, and is a contract position** for 12 months.

**What You'll Do**

+ Work with the customer and the rest of the team to ensure the customer's expectations are met and everything is communicated clearly too all stakeholders

+ Maintain relationships with the customer and utilize customer feedback to recommend improvements

**What You'll Need**

Required:

+ This position requires a good communicator with at least five years of experience working with a large customer of at least 500 employees. Provide at least one example of how they ensured customer engagement and approval during the complete life cycle of the project

+ Provide at least one example of how they ensured the team followed industry standards during a redesign of a web content management system with over a hundred web pages

+ The position requires at least three years' experience writing service-level agreements and/or operating-level agreements for a Content Management System or enterprise-level website

Mandatory:

+ The position/team must provide at least one example of a successful project they completed using the recommended web development platform

+ The position/team of resources must have at least five years combined experience in enterprise-level website branding/rebranding

**Physical Demands**

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
