Founded in 1996, our law firm client is a premiere defense law firm, specializing in workers’ compensation, employment law, general liability, state audits, and subrogation. We are now looking for an Associate Attorney to join their busy, growing, and successful team.


Associate Attorney - Employee Benefits


Glendale, CA – hybrid with 1 day per week in the office


$100 145K plus bonuses and exceptional benefits package


Relocation assistance available if required.


To be successful in this role:

  • You will be a confident Associate Attorney with a California Bar licence plus 1-3 years of experience in employee benefits, bankruptcy, and litigation. Other requirements for this role include:
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • Litigation experience in federal court
  • Familiarity with employee benefits and bankruptcy law
  • Ability to work with paralegals
  • Comfortable with the use of spreadsheets
  • Genuine interest in employee benefits
  • Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures would be beneficial
