  • Willingness to learn and to stay updated with latest technology trends.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field (based on the organization’s needs).

Robert Half's client is seeking a Help Desk Technician for a 3-6 month contract.


The Help Desk professional is responsible for supporting customers or internal employees who are experiencing technical issues. This includes troubleshooting technical challenges, responding to queries, as well as addressing and resolving complaints.
