Qualifications

Required

  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are imperative.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate administratively, and handle logistics efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adeptness in multitasking with a commitment to follow-up.

Location: Onsite in Santa Monica

Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 + an attractive bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.
