  • Ensure timely entry of invoices into the inventory management software upon delivery to streamline the payment process.
  • Regularly review and update inventory items, adjusting prices and quantities as needed.
  • Conduct accurate inventory counts and input data into the system for the merchandise sector.
  • Manage purchases and orders efficiently, maintaining clear communication with suppliers for merchandise-related items.
  • Conduct audits comparing enterprise sales with store purchases, quickly identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Provide assistance to the procurement and accounting departments by undertaking additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software such as Marketman.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Ability to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
