is expanding its operations and is seeking highly motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (A&P Mechanics) to join our growing team in Nassau, Bahamas. Position Overview:

As an A&P Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting daily maintenance operations, ensuring that our customers receive top-tier service. This role involves maintaining aircraft to the highest standards of airworthiness, working closely with airline partners, flight crews, and other maintenance controllers to keep aircraft in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aircraft Maintenance: Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair transport category aircraft airframes and engines using hand tools and test equipment, following all applicable regulations and best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance work meets the highest standards of quality and integrity, adhering to company policies and FAA regulations.
• Component Repairs: Adjust, repair, or replace defective components based on test analysis, using maintenance manuals, schematics, and other technical documentation.
• Precision Work: Utilize precision instruments to measure parts for wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure all work is properly documented.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• FAA Certifications: Must hold current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certifications with no history of infractions.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years??? experience working on commercial and large regional aircraft; 1-2 years of recent experience in line maintenance is required.
• Aircraft Familiarization: General familiarizations on 2 or more aircraft types, including A320, A330, 737, or Embraer 195.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications, with proficiency in using standard line maintenance tools.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work standing, climb ladders and stairs, and lift 50 lbs unassisted, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Compliance: Must pass background checks, drug & alcohol tests, and obtain customs & border patrol clearance.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to excellence.
