Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent Administrative Assistant to support their President located in Alexandria, VA!
Responsibilities:
* Manage calendars/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics.
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, correspondence, memos and reports.
* Manage projects, research and prioritize issues, maintain files.
* Process expense reimbursements and manage invoices
* Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of the President; Take minutes and notes.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of C-level administrative experience is required.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred; A high school diploma is required.
* Proficiency in MS office, especially Word and Excel, is required.
* Adaptable to collaborative or independent work in a dynamic environment.
* Able to lift up to 30lbs at times and type a minimum of 50 words per minute.
Position Information:
* Pays $28/hr-$32/hr while temporary.
* $62k-$70.5k when permanent.
* 100% on-site in Alexandria, VA.
