Full Job Description
Compensation:
$18/hr to $20/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Must-haves:
- Knowledge of kitchen safety practices
- Knowledge of safe food temperatures and cooking
Shift:
4 day x 10 hours
W,Tr,F, S or M, T, W , Tr
8am-6:30pm (plus if they can do 6:00am-4:30pm occasionally)
Rotating weekend schedules - 2 weekends off a month
Interview Process: 30 minute one & done onsite interviews Wednesday 9/11 or Thursday 9/12 from 9am to 2pm
Selling Points: room for growth from entry level into managerial position - the goal is long term employment :)
