Responsibilities
- Working day in and day out in Jira - opening tickets and working with engineering team in Jira every day.
- Working with a creative designer on designs that are 70% done for creative guest experience.
- Doing things like error messaging here.
- Breaking down epics into stories delivery.
- Being engaged with strategy and scope delivery that project hands on opposed to handing off weeds.
- Working on the online check-in part of a bigger project at the port terminal systems that are getting revamped/rewritten.
Qualifications
Required
- 4-5 years of product owner, manager, strategy market analysis, competitive intelligence, foresight, consulting, or other relevant experience.
- Proficient experience working in Jira opening tickets, working with engineering teams.
- Experience identifying, defining, and addressing technical, user and business issues in a fast-moving organization.
- Experience supporting websites for booking rooms, booking cruises, updating technology on websites and applications.
- Proven experience working and leading SCRUM teams in an Agile environment.
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
Preferred
- Experience in airplane technology, fleet systems, ship systems, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in English.
