Ultimate Staffing is seeking an entry-level Member Services Representative!
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $17.15 - $21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Full-time, on-site.
Responsibilities
· Serve as a point of contact for new and existing members
· Respond to member requests in a timely manner
· Open and provide information to members on new accounts
· Cross-sell checking account features and benefits
· Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdraws, transfers, etc.) and account file maintenance
· Abide by the credit union policies, procedures, and standards
· Abide by policies and procedures of SA/AML/OFAC compliance
· Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
· 2 or more years of cash handling experience
· 2 or more years of customer service experience
